Nikki B. West
PRESIDENT, Creative Director
Nikki B. West is the youngest of 3 children born and raised in New York City to parents of South American descent. As a child she stood out and was often praised for her outgoing personality and creative spirit. Those qualities have followed her into adulthood as she pursues her passion to encourage and inspire others. After attending the University of Buffalo, she spent the next 9 years working in the Advertising and Strategic Marketing field for 2 Fortune 500 companies. During the weekends & holidays she committed herself to studying under the wing of great event designers such as Preston Bailey. It was during this time that she founded Shyy Girl USA, a program geared towards developing and strengthening Self-Expression and Confidence in young women ages 9-17.
As the President and Creative Director of "The D.U.C.K Group”, (an organization founded to uplift and enrich the lives of people globally by focusing on the production of film, events, and workshops that encourage, inspire and enlighten others), Nikki's role spreads from developing and overseeing the creative content and vision of all DUCK Group projects, in addition to building client relationships, and adding an ounce of joy to the world each and every day.
Nikki is currently completing her first book.
She resides in Brooklyn, NY with her handsome & brilliant 10-year-old son David-Gabriel.

Toni George
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Executive Producer
Born a West African - Sierra Leone native, Toni George began her media career in 2002 with New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT), where she quickly garnered the attention of several key executives for her hard work and passion. After a short tenure at NYWIFT, she received a BA in Film Production from Brooklyn College.
Toni has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the film & entertainment industry.

"Shadow Boxer” starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Helen Mirren, where she was the assistant to the Academy Award winning producer Lee Daniels.

Toni George is a staple of innovation, discipline and skill that is truly respected among her film colleagues.
As the Senior Vice President and Producer of "The D.U.C.K Group" (an organization founded to uplift and enrich the lives of people globally by focusing on the production of film, events, and workshops that encourage, inspire and enlighten others), she plays an invaluable role in spearheading the production of every D.U.C.K Group project from inception to completion. Commonly referred to as "Da Pro-Doo-Sa", Toni possesses a relentless work ethic and encourages a corporate atmosphere that pushes the team to dream bigger and go harder.
She currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
