Draft Event Logistics, Build and maintain event/client database, Basic office maintenance including file updates, spreadsheets, etc.
Overall, this candidate should be extremely organized and detail oriented. Candidate should be innovative and flexible in creating concepts and themes. MUST have excellent written and oral communication AND negotiation skills - with the ability to draft emails and letters clearly and concisely. Candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly and maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with changing environments and multiple personality types. Should be available to travel locally and regionally when necessary for events and/or film shoots.
The Sr. Events Coordinator will work in tandem with the Lead Production Assistant and the Sr. Administrative Assistant to maintain the corporate calendar and streamline all production processes.
